Determination of effect of ageing on various physical properties of different material may be carried out by heating the material under test ,inside the incubator as temperature required so that the effect of long term ageing are reproduce with in a much shorter duration of time.
My Q Incubator is double walled constructed incubator with outer body made up of mild steel duly powder coated and inner chamber made up of stainless steel.
Control panel is on the top having digital temp./humidity controller cum indicator miniature circuit breaker is on the top panel for safety .
Thermostat is provided to control the inflow of current to heater for uniform heating insulated glass window is provided to view the samples without opening the doors. Circulating fan is fitted in the chamber for uniformity of temperature inside the chamber.
Stainless steel shelves are provided for sample holding.
